How does this system differ from a regular furnace and/or air conditioning unit?
This system is a high-efficiency, all-electric unit.
High Efficiency systems save energy because they are designed to maintain temperature rather than change rapidly. It may not feel as hot or cold because the system is modulating rather than blasting on and off at full capacity.
Your electricity bills may be higher when exterior temperatures drop below 17℉, but your annual operating costs should be more affordable.

What is the warranty?
There is a 10-year warranty on the equipment, 5-years on the parts, and 1-year on the labor. We will register your equipment for you and troubleshoot any issues within a year of our installation at no cost to you.
How long will the install take?
The installation will take no more than a day and a half. On average, it takes one day.
How and when do I pay?
We ask for your full payment after the walkthrough to place your equipment order and schedule your installation.
Who do I contact if something isn’t working?
We consider the project complete when you are 120% satisfied. If you need any assistance after the installation, please text your name, a description of your issue, and photos to 781-365-8545 for a prompt response.
