The heat is comfy and no cold spots. Air conditioning is not spotty. Comfortably cool. I love this product. Very easy process, Tetra did a great job to guide us through the entire thing. The ordering, rebate and obtaining a heating loan. Everything was great. From the time I called for information, everyone was more than helpful. The installers were amazing,  I will use Tetra again if needed and recommend them to everyone.
