The simple online order system seemed too easy, but it works! I got a quote overnight that was half of what the plumbing companies had quoted, for the same heating unit. It seemed too low to be good, I kept looking for the catch, but there was none! The installers showed up next day as scheduled, and were friendly, professional and thorough. After install follow up was the same courteous manner. The new combo unit is much quieted than my old boiler and we do not run out of hot water any more. Well recommended!
The sales department is strong, but the subcontracted work to install was not that great. I would have preferred Tetra to be involved through the whole process. The product is excellent, but due to the electricity pricing through Eversource, it is not efficient for heating in the winter. However, when used for cooling, Greer Heat Pumps are efficient and excellent for air conditioning and dehumidifying.

These guys sent me a mailer for the mass saves program. I responded with a very specific request because I know what I want but. in stead of just giving me a price for that they tried to up sell me on a bunch of stuff I wasn’t interested in. On top of that the lady who was messaging me said that it sounded like I wasn’t interested in efficiency and more interested in aesthetics. Sounds like they just want to make money and are not interested in providing what the customer wants
