Step 1) Customize your system
Up to 1 week
You’ll work with a member of our Homeowner Success team to build a system and proposal that’s customized to your home.

Up to 2 weeks
We’ll prep your rebate paperwork, help you with financing, and perform a walk through. Then, we’ll schedule your installation date and match you with our licensed and vetted installation partner.

Step 3) Installation
1-3 days
Your pro will arrive between 8-9am, review your project details, set up the work area, and install your new system. Once complete, they’ll do a thorough QC check and walk you through how it works.
Step 4) Ongoing maintenance
Annually
We’ll maintain the system annually to ensure it’s in proper working condition to help avoid costly repairs and downtime for years to come.

There are a lot of pieces that need to come together for a smooth installation. Feeling overwhelmed? Don’t be, that’s why we’re here.
Step 1) Upload documents: You’ll talk with a member of our Account Management team on the details of your project, we’ll ask for photos to confirm the details, and documents so we can submit the rebates on your behalf.
Timeline: Up to 1 week
Step 2) Financing: We have a variety of financing options to meet your needs and timeline. Want to move quickly? You can self-finance the same-day. Willing to wait for the best deal? Use the 0% interest HEAT Loan.
Timeline: Instant to 3 weeks
Step 3) Walk through: This is one of the final steps, you’re in the home stretch! To ensure everything goes smoothly on installation day we perform a walk through to confirm the details and configuration. Depending upon the complexity of your project, we’ll either require an in-person walk through (complex) or a virtual walk through (straightforward). Your project cost will not change

Step 4) Scheduling: You’ll provide a few times that work and we’ll match you with a licensed, insured, and vetted Install Partner. We only work with the best local contractors in your area to ensure your system is installed with the highest care and quality.
