I am very pleased with the whole process. The people I talked to at Tetra were very helpful, guided me towards a system that was perfectly adapted to my needs (Bryant furnace hybrid gas/heat pump) and AO Smith hybrid heat pump/electric water heater. They also replied to my questions very quickly. The physical installation process was very smooth and very rapid (a few days) once I made my decision, the installers did not take any shortcuts and left the place very clean. The price was very competitive.
